Month of writing ends, but words still flow
Good Monday morning to you all!
I pray and hope your weekend was filled with moments of God showing up for you and the journey you find yourself on!
The poems from January have ended, but in an odd twist I did not stop writing on January 31st.
I kept going for a couple more days, so today’s poem comes from February 1st as words continued to flow, continued to jump to the pave.

The month ends,
But words still stir
Over and over,
Around and around,
A perpetual rollercoaster
Of an urge to write,
To put pen to paper,
And continue on
With the process to write~
The mind jumps, leaps
From Veggies on adventures
To fires with consistent burns
To how do we…
And more and more
For the mind of Creatives

Even in sleep it seems.

©️2026What about you? Do you ever get into a flow of the creative process where even when you decide to take a break from it all you continue to create in some way?
A bit wild ride sometimes. Consistency can be great for creatives, but the constant creation process for weeks/months on end can also lead to burn out, so small breaks can be crucial to uphold the process over all.
Have a great day and week! May God’s face shine upon you and comfort you in the ways you need Him to do so today!
Blessings!
