'Be Bulletproof, Husband'
Men, how do you deal with your issues?
Wonderful Friday to you all!
How has your week been going?
Mine’s been pretty good, although definitely dehydrated myself Wednesday while I did a 3D laser scan of the second story of a house and the attic spaces of it as well. The attics were so hot!
In Wednesday’s post with a little about my journey I made mention of being an affiliate of a group/program called The Bulletproof Husband. I went through the program’s materials and I read the book of their process that came out last year.
It’s helped me a lot in the process to heal and change some perspectives I have held for so many years. Not sure the entirety of how I could explain the work they do and the improvement I have seen in my own life.
Granted other variables for me with diving deeper into Abba’s heart and the process of getting real with Him, but the tools and ways The Bulletproof Husband presents are effective and do make a difference. I’ve seen it in a few people I know personally and have heard their stories of what they went through.
So the poem today speaks into some of the process of The Bulletproof Husband. I hope it encourages you and if you know any husbands who need some help with things going on with them, then send them to the link (or even the QR code below) to invest in themselves. Even for a few months it could make the difference in how they show up in their lives.
Be Bulletproof, Husband
A group exists in reality,
Maybe the ether too,
Where Husbands and soon-to-be ones
Come together in the slog
And better themselves
With one bullet pulled at a time~
A bullet, or insecurity,
Birthed from long held emotional wounds
Leads to triggered responses
Of anger or coldness
Or a whole litany of negativity,
Oh but to be Bulletproof, Husband?
The difference night and day
Where you can be yourself
And everyone else themselves
In the truest of fashions
With confidence, integrity, and more
On a fresh trajectory
To live in your own skin
Without the doubt, shame, negatives,
And without the constant blowups
Over the littlest triggers.
Take a leap, a dive,
Whatever you desire
Into a safe space to learn and heal
Perspectives and ideas
Not many others can expound upon,
So Be Bulletproof, Husband.

©️2026To traverse through some difficult times alone can leave one overwhelmed and defeated, but to have a group who genuinely wants to see you improve and heal and succeed makes all the difference!
May the grace of God rest upon you this day and the days to come! He so adores and loves you! Abba definitely wants all His sons to come to the end of themselves and begin to heal from the brokenness inside.
Blessings!
